Death Note English Subtitles Download For those of you who are addicted to the Japanese anime film Death Note, this is for you. Death Note is an American live-action film adaptation of Manga by Tsugumi Ôba and Takeshi Obata. It's about a teenager who finds the Death Note, a notebook with scribblings of how to kill people named Kira, which falls into his hands after it finds him in New York City. He then decides to hunt down Kira with the help of his police detective friend while being pursued by other cops around him who want the book back.This website allows you to download an English sub file containing all dialogue from both films. It is the same one used by fansubs, so quality should be excellent. This is not my own work, I'm just making it available in case you want to watch it with English subtitles. The Japanese language file will remain untouched in its original form.There are two ways to watch this movie with English subtitles: 1) Watch the normal Japanese version of the movie with English Subtitles inserted or; 2) Download my copy of the JP film and watch it with English subtitles without messing up your computer's registry (If you already have the JP version installed.)It really depends on what your connection speed is like when watching this film over the internet. I have a 300 baud modem and as such I can't support people watching it smoothly with the subtitle files embedded. (If you don't have a fast enough connection to watch this film with English subtitles, then don't worry about it until you do.)A DUB is a "Deutsche BOberfasst". It's a direct translation from German to English. In this case it means that I took the Japanese version of the film and translated all of the lines into German. This means that the words are completely left alone, meaning they can't be changed or edited, which is needed for adapting any manga into another language. If you don't know Japanese then I suggest getting the German version instead. It sounds much better than the English. It was much better to create and I'm happy with it...How to watch:If you already have the Japanese version installed on your computer, then just download the English Sub file and replace it in your system with your original JP subtitle file to watch the film with an English translation. Remember to backup your original subtitles first!If you don't have a fast enough connection to watch it with English subtitles, then just download my German Dubbed Sub files and use those instead. You'll need a program that can open .avi files(VisualBoyAdvance is a good one).
